STRICT QUALITY PROTOCOL:
Your product shall be quality verified through a comprehensive process prior to dispatch. If you have found your package to be tampered with upon delivery, please contact us immediately and we shall investigate the matter accordingly.
With Style 24 Seven’s centralised distribution centre and large stock commitment, we are able to ship orders within 48 hours of receiving payment. All items bought at Style 24 Seven will be dispatched provided that the following criteria are met:
1. If the client chooses courier delivery then he/she must provide us with his/her daytime street address and telephone number for Door-to-Door courier delivery. If the client chooses post office delivery then he/she must provide us with his/her postal address and telephone number for pick up from post office.
2. The street address provided must be a South African Street Address.
3. Provisions must be made for the courier to be able to deliver the parcel as effortlessly as possible.
Please note: Items paid over weekends and public holidays shall only be posted on next working day. If you require your goods to be delivered out of South Africa, please contact our friendly customer service team who shall be able to advice on delivery options and costs.
TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT:
Tracking numbers are emailed once items are dispatched. You may track your shipment on the website address which will be e-mailed to you.
VAT AND CUSTOM DUTIES:
Style 24 Seven shall not charge you Value Added Tax on top of your order. For international shipments however, you may be required to pay customs and duties before your local customs release your package. Please inquire at your local customs to familiarize yourself with the local laws.
